Over the past year, our warehouse team has embraced technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance — from booking products into the system right through to picking and dispatching customer orders.

Smarter Processes from Goods In to Dispatch

The introduction and continued use of handheld scanning technology has transformed the way the warehouse operates. Every product that arrives is scanned into the system, ensuring accurate booking and real-time stock visibility.

When it comes to fulfilling customer orders, the same technology guides the picking process, verifying each item before it leaves the shelf. This has significantly reduced human error, improved speed, and strengthened our quality control processes.

The result? Faster processing times and greater confidence that every order is correct before it reaches our customers.

Outstanding 2025 Stocktake Results

Thanks to these improvements — and the dedication of the team behind them — we achieved an incredible 99.87% accuracy rate in our 2025 annual stocktake.

This is an outstanding result in any year. However, it is even more impressive considering the scale of change the team successfully navigated in 2025, including the transition to a new ERP system in July.

System changes of this magnitude often bring challenges, but the warehouse team demonstrated exceptional commitment, adaptability, and attention to detail throughout the transition. Their focus never wavered, and their performance speaks for itself.

Looking Ahead …

As we move further into 2026, we’re continuing to build on this momentum. With refined processes, strengthened systems, and a highly engaged team, we are now setting our sights on achieving 100% accuracy for this year.
