WAVE PTX - New SME Readiness


Key takeaways from the Pre-Migration check list are:

1) There will be zero service interruption/outage for WAVE PTX users at a device level

2)  During the migration period access to the WAVE PTX portal will not be possible. You will not be able to access or make any changes to your or your customers’ accounts

3) Any orders for new/renewal/expansion of contracts will not be accepted during this period of migration. Further to this any orders for new/renewal/expansion of contracts that will likely not be completed prior to the migration period will also not be accepted

4) Any contracts due to expire during the migration period will receive a grace period. No contracts will be turned off ensuring zero service interruption/outage for you or your customers
