Returns and Cancellations Policy


At Airsys Communications Technology Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have ordered incorrectly, you can return goods to us providing item(s) are as new and in original packaging including any enclosed documentation. 

All Returns after invoice are done so at the sole discretion of Airsys Communications Technology Ltd and will be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Important Notice: Any customers returning goods without prior consent do so entirely at their own risk.

How to return a non faulty item 


  1. Please complete our return form 
  2. We will then issue a RMA Number 
  3. Clearly mark the RMA Number on the outer packaging (not the original packaging) before returning the item. 
  4. Return goods to the Airsys returns department: Returns, Airsys Communications Technology Limited, Unit 1, The Westgate Centre, Premier Way, Luzborough Lane, Romsey, SO51 9DH

Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the goods, excluding the original delivery charge.

Important: Goods can only be returned with prior approval from Airsys and a valid RMA number.

Please note: All returns made after the invoice date are at the sole discretion of Airsys Communications Technology Ltd and are subject to a handling 20% fee.

Order Cancellations


If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped or invoiced, please notify us in writing. Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, a cancellation fee may be applied. 

Note: Cancellation of non-stock or special-order items may not be possible. If approved by the manufacturer, these cancellations may be subject to a be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
