At Airsys, giving back is part of who we are—and this summer, we’re putting our best foot forward (literally!) for a cause that’s very close to our hearts.
We’re proud to share that a team of 17 Airsys colleagues is taking on the “Walk the Test” challenge, and we’ve chosen the 16-mile route! It’s no small feat, but we’re ready to take it on together—with plenty of water, team spirit, and determination.
We’re walking in support of Mountbatten Hampshire, a local hospice charity that provides compassionate care for people living with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, and dementia. They also offer incredible support to families through bereavement counselling, psychological services, and care at home—all completely free for those in need.
This charity holds a special place in our hearts. One of our own team members and their family experienced Mountbatten’s care first-hand, and the comfort and kindness they received during such a difficult time made a lasting impact on us all.
We’ve set a fundraising target of £250, and every single donation—big or small—goes directly to Mountbatten Hampshire to support their essential work. With your help, we can make sure more families get the support they need, when they need it most.
We’ll keep you updated on our progress (and maybe even share a few post-walk blisters and smiles!).
